Menu week of 2-22-09

Last week didn't go completely as planned. As a result we had cheesy chicken and rice casserole tonight and a meal is carried over to this week. We'll be out of town this coming weekend because we'll be celebrating Jared's dad's birthday with his family. So here is this week's menu:

Monday: Roast beef Crockpot meal

Tuesday: Homemade deli sandwiches with all the fixens

Wednesday: Homemade lasagna

Thursday: Chili

Friday: Leftovers (travel day)

Saturday & Sunday: Out of town

I'm also making sugar cookies for Jared's dad and a friend, whose birthday is also this coming weekend (well, her 1/4 birthday since she is a leap year baby). I'm also making a gluten-free birthday cake for my dad since his birthday was Valentine's day.
