Weekly Menu 4/17/23

 Heyo! Monday again and the weather today is so crazy. We've had rain, hail, and snow today and I don't like it. 

We got in our first MTB ride this weekend with the amazing weather on Saturday. Not everyone was in the mood to ride, but little brother was really feeling the trail . He pushed himself and had a great time. 

We also grilled steak on Saturday and my husband made some chimichurri. It was sooo good.

We had some leftover chimichurri, so we marinated some chicken in it for today. Here's the menu:

Monday: Chicken chimichurri tacos

Tuesday: Chili

Wednesday: Cilantro lime noodles (trying out a new recipe!! will report back)

Thursday: Crispy buffalo chicken wraps

Friday: Delivery pizza

Sat/Sun: TBD
