Weekly Menu 12/11/23

 Happy Monday! Its been a busy 2 weeks since last post. We've had an adenoidectomy (and the stinky breath that comes with...), PTA Holiday Connection, Kids' Christmas Party with our favorite Santa, car recall check, 2 birthday party invites, and G participated in Hour Of Code this past Saturday in Kent.

We are preparing for school parties this week and a birthday celebration for the husband next week! Then finally some relaxing.

Since last post, I made more Spam musubi. J and I had it for lunch and then G took leftovers to school the next day. It packs really nicely in saran wrap. 

Last week, the kids found 2 boxes of Popin'Cookin' in the pantry that I sort of forgot I got last time I went to CAM Asian Market. They love making these kits even though they are always gross tasting. This kits was a fast food meal, with a burger, fries, and a cola. All made from candy powder mixes.

And lastly, a friend and I visited the local antique mall. Neither of us had been there before (I've lived in this town for 17 years 😲.) It was fun to look at all of the booths. There were so many nostalgic things there. Did anyone else have these McDonald's glasses growing up? 

Ok, now on to the menu this week:

Monday- Korean Corndogs (T has been asking for these for 2 weeks)

Tuesday- Crockpot Sausage, potatoes, and Green Beans

Wednesday- Fried Chicken, Mac n Cheese, and Cornbread

Thursday- Jackson County Veals

Friday- Pizza

Sat/Sun- TBD

And that is all for now. Time to dive into that to-do list... Have a delicious week!
