Mmm Salsa

No post for a long time. A lot has happened since then, including a brief hospital stay on my wedding anniversary, a beach vacation, a summer filled with picture taking at various local places, becoming a member of a reunion planning committee for alumni of my HS band, almost the entire OSU football season, a doggie dew claw snag (including a trip to the vet for antibiotics and pain meds), and the planned start-up of the 2009 Copper Christmas at work.

The latest news is that we visited our old college roomie, Emily, over the weekend in Cinci. Being the awesome person that she is, she took us to Jungle Jim's grocery store where we found a molcajete for $15!!!! There are like $50 from William-Sonoma, so we were really excited to find one much cheaper. And we bought 2, one for a gift. So, the plan is to make some salsa later this evening. I'm so excited.

Its been a while since I've posted a menu, or made one for that matter. So, I need to do that for this week. As soon as I decide what to have, I will post it.
