Week of 12-20-21 menu
Hello! Yesterday was Jared’s birthday, so we started the day off with homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing. Then we went to the kids’ Christmas party for his work and had brunch. Afterwards, we decided to to get tickets for the Cleveland Zoo Wild Lights. We had Sheetz sandwiches for dinner (which is one of my husband’s favorite things) and had hot chocolate and split a Jack Frost donut at the zoo. It was super cold out, but a lot of fun! It’s Christmas week now, so let’s get into it!
Monday: pesto pasta
Tuesday: Mississippi roast with sautéed brussel sprouts
Wednesday: lunch meat subs
Thursday: chili with corn chips
Friday (Christmas Eve): our traditional charcuterie board
Saturday: Ham and potatoes. merry Christmas!
Sunday: Travel Day! But we will have charcuterie again for lunch !
