weekly Menu 1/31/22

​Hey there!

Back with another weekly menu! We took a week off of cooking because our house came down with the horrible stomach bug that’s been going around. We basically ate toast and Bob Evans mashed potatoes and chicken noodle soup for the week. So I am excited to get back to making food again! 


This week, I’ll share a recipe for homemade granola. It’s so good to eat right out of the bag, but the kids like it on granola too. 


Now, onto the menu!

Monday: Lettuce Wraps

Tuesday: Crockpot Chicken Gnocchi soup

Wednesday: Thai Drunken Noodles

Thursday: Giant Baked Meatballs and side salad

Friday-Sunday: TBD
