9/5/22 Weekly Menu

 Hello again! Its Tuesday, not Monday, but I'm still here making the menu and the food. As always, let me know what you are having! 

Over the long weekend, we went to Nelsonville Music Festival at its new location and it was amazing. We camped Friday and Saturday, it rained most of Saturday and Sunday, and we saw a bunch of amazing bands. Japanese Breakfast, Mdou Moctar, Adia Victoria, Automatic, Yo La Tengo (although we didn't actually see YLT, we just heard them from our campsite bc it started raining so we bailed). It was a super chill weekend, there was some mud, and tons of stuff for the kids to do/explore. Although we got stuck camping on a hillside, and our car got blocked in by other campers, we still got these amazing sunrises.

Monday: Drunken Noodles

Tuesday: Wild Rice Chicken Soup with Roasted Mushrooms

Wednesday: Meatball Stroganoff over rice

Thursday: Paneer Butter Masala, Rice, and Naan

Friday: Delivery Pizza

Saturday: Date Night! Finally going to Battleground Kent

Sunday: Chicken Taco Soup
